Value for the Bath Sachets

I was looking for something new for my bath routine and saw their Hinoki Bath Sachets. I picked them up during a bundle deal, which made the price much better. The shipping cost wasn't too bad, and they arrived in about a week. The sachets themselves are a nice size, you get a good aroma. I thought it was pretty good value for money, especially with the discount I found. Would consider buying again if there's another offer.

Nice bath salts

Got the Hinoki Bath Salts. Used them once. Very relaxing scent. Delivery was quick. Would buy again.

Good oil, slow delivery

I ordered the Hinoki Essential Oil a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, no real issues there. Shipping took about 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit slow compared to some other online stores. The oil itself is quite nice, has that clean, woody scent I was looking for. I've been using it in my diffuser, and it seems to be good quality. The bottle was well-packaged, no leaks. I didn't need to contact support, so can't comment on that. Overall, a solid product if you don't mind waiting a bit for delivery.

Consistent quality always

This was my third time ordering from Hinoki Lab, and as usual, the experience was great. I got the Hinoki Wood Mist this time, and it's just as good as the essential oil I bought previously. They're very consistent with their product quality and the packaging is always secure. My orders always arrive within a week, which is reliable. That's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they always deliver. Good stuff.
